I have been dancing for as long as I can remember. I began my dance career at the age of three with Latin American and continued through all my childhood years to adult.
Dance was always something that I loved and enjoyed, especially when I took park in competitions and danced in shows. As an adult, I helped out at my dance school by assisting other dancers or teaching younger ones.
I am an IDTA qualified dance teacher and fitness instructor, but I also teach Zumba and Clubbercise. I love working with people of all ages and abilities, especially those who are looking to build confidence through movement.
My motto is "You don't have to be the best, but try your best." This is something I always drill into my students when teaching them how to work hard in order to get the most out of their classes.
